The first bowl is made from the peelings of potatoes (1 bowl worth), the second bowl is the peelings of carrots (1/2 bowl) and chopped whole beets (1/2 bowl), the third bowl consists of 50 cloves of garlic, yes that is fifty as in 5 & 0 = 50 cloves of fresh garlic in the bowl and then fill the rest of the bowl with chopped whole onions skin and all, and the fourth and final bowl is made up of half spinach leaves and half celery stalks and leaves. Last but not least add a couple of whole fresh chillies seeds and all. Fill the pot with filtered water until the ingredients are covered then simmer for one to two hours.
