Any exercise is good. If the person is bed ridden, can they lift cans of soup up and down? Even the super low impact muscle tension/relaxation method would be helpful. Of course a reduced calorie, low fat, low sugar, low bread/cookie/cake diet is helpful for everyone! Suggestion: why? is the person disabled from the neck down?
