Weight Loss Program
I was wondering if somebody could give me an example of an exercise regime, no longer than an hour that I can do morning and night to help with my weight loss. It needs to be things I can do in the house as I can not afford to go to a gym or join fitness classes. Thank you!

I am in fairly good shape and I usually run or walk at least 3 to 4 miles when I work out outside or at the gym. But, I have hit a bit of a plateau and I would love to recharge my weight loss.
