Meat leftovers are edible for 3 or 4 days when kept in the fridge. If kept for any longer there is a strong chance of bacteria growing in it and spoiling the dish. When kept within the time frame you could go about and reheat the meat/chicken dish and eat it. Reheating it many times it not a good idea. It is therefore suggested that you reheat it once and consume the preparation . When you consider vegetables the best way to preserve them too is by refrigerating them.
As with any other food they need to be stored correctly. Placing them in the fridge promptly will help control the growth of harmful bacteria. Moving on to sea food, it is by far not a good practice at all to consume the leftover tuna that wasn’t cooked. Raw fish spoils fast and loses color, moisture and flavor very quickly .
