How to Lose Weight Fast Please Advice?

I have been eating alot of chocolates now days,so I feel my hipes have become a bite heavy also I am growing love handle its freaking me out,does anyone have any advice how to lose weight fast as I wish to maintain my figure…

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

- take balanced diet
- take 5 meals in the day
- add fruits and vegetables in your meals
- zip your lips for fried and fast foods
- avoid colas and sweets
- drink more water and fresh juice
- do regular workout, yoga or brisk walk

There are no real fast and easy solutions to weight loss. For a very temp diet you can cut your calorie intake to 1200 and do some exercising. Make sure your eating the right kinds of food still and healthy choices. Make sure you take vitamins too since its not really possible to keep up nutrition with that kind of diet. Also replace any soda or diet stuff with cold water or skim milk.

If you plan on being on a diet more then a few days then make sure you eat a more normal amount of food usually somewhere between 1400-1700 calories for a female. Also make sure you have one day a week that you have a high calorie day like 2000-2500 that is still healthy types of food.You shouldn't be losing more then 3 pounds a week of fat. You can lose a lot at first because its usually mostly water weight. Also to help flatten the stomach its suggested you do 8 minute abs workouts. The key is not to try to rush a diet and be patient. It's better to eat healthy and keep it off and only indulge on special occasion then to yo-yo diet. Also make sure you are exercising at least 45 minutes a day in cardio. Also toning muscle helps keeps fat off. Every pound of muscle you get, that's 50 calories a day it burns.
