So forget all the commercials out there which are just a tool used by the self proclaimed experts to find a way into your pocket and savings. You do not have to take those wonder pills to lose fat; there is a natural and more risk free way of losing weight. If you want to lose weight and still save money then you should follow the simple steps below;
1. Do cardiovascular exercises
Cardiovascular exercises involve doing aerobics such as cycling, jogging, rope jumping, step classes and sit-ups among others. If you want to lose fat you can not do away with cardio exercises because they are the most effective when it comes to losing fat. Each session of a cardio exercise should last for about 30 to 45 minutes minimum for it to be termed intense.
Failure to do intense aerobics will lead to you burning less fat and this will slow the rate at which you will lose weight. Try and do aerobics for two to three days in a week.
2. Keep track of your calories
By this I am not implying that you starve yourself, what I mean is that you should try and figure out the amount of calories you take each day with a view of reducing them. By reducing them I don’t mean drastically but try and reduce them in adequate proportion. If you reduce them drastically you might end up gaining more weight. I know it sounds far fetched but if you give me time I will explain myself.
You see if you reduce your calories drastically, your body will go into starvation mode. It will then try and save energy by burning you lean muscles instead of burning the body fat. If this occurs your metabolism will be low due to the loss in muscles and you end up gaining weight.
3. Lift some weights.
Lifting weights will make you lose weight indirectly. You see lifting weights make you increase you lean muscles. When you have more muscles in the body your body metabolism increases and you end up losing more weight.
