Your life is on your hands. Don’t let others to overwork and burden, as this will make you stressed. Remember to make yourself happy and be comfortable mentally and financially. People may be stressed when they face financial problem, by saving and investing wisely, it can be subdued.

People face various of problems, some may face financial problem, while others may face family or relationship problems, and all these will cause stress. Getting stress may affect students’ academic performances. Hence, do find some ways to balance and neutralize your stress, and don’t let stress rule your life!
