Anorexia nervosa is commonly known to be an eating disorder that affects teenage women all around the world. But as studies show, anorexia nervosa is also a problem for men, and the male genders that has this sickness are called “male anorexics or male anorexia”.

But how do we cure people who have this problem? how do we stop the sickness before it starts?. Men when they are at their mid twenties, find themselves having difficulties on how to control or lose weight. Almost 86% of men when they reach the ages of 25 – 30 are over weight and suffer from obesity.

Men who are on this age bracket, focuses more on how to become financially stable, rather than physically fit. They easily get tired and they tend to eat more to regain their strength and see physical exercise as a waste of them and an added stress to their lives.
