In fact the one thing I’ve noticed about people suffering from eating disorder is they seclude themselves from friends and family for a great deal of time!
Invest in yourself and improve your image not so other people can like you but because you like IT! When one loves himself, the genuine relationships and friends will always be their.
*It Will Slowly Break Your Body Down Physically
From a physical standpoint emotional eating causes high blood pressure, heart disease and many other conditions. So replace that food in the fridge for healthier alternatives. Also keep the portions moderate. Large portions take longer to digest! Which take the body more time on the digestive system instead of getting rid of a cold or germ in another part of the body!
*It Stops You From Building Your Dreams
Most of the time when your pursuing something great and meaningful you’ll be hit with barriers. So when you have no answers now! Doesn’t mean you’ll have no answers later. Replace that binge with more positive thinking and persistence!
