Raw Food Lifestyle As a Candida Remedy for a Candida Sufferer

This article will discuss raw food. This idea is based on a conversation with a friend of mine about it. She said that when she eats raw food all day long (fruits, vegetables, nuts) she feels vibrant and good. In fact, it is hard for her to get to sleep at night after eating a lot of raw food because she’s full with energy. She heard that this is generally what’s to be expected if we eat a lot of raw food.

In my experience, this is exactly to be expected with a high raw lifestyle. I eat about 35-45% fruits, 15-25 salad and the rest cooked and I really feel far more energized.

My friend enjoys milk, but it makes her sleepy. Eggs give her heart burn usually unless she eats them with a lot of raw food. So she can see how raw food improves the general picture no matter what you are eating apart from it. If she ever gets heart burn, she cures it by eating some raw food like carrots or an apple. This was certain salvation for her while she was pregnant, because she had low stomach acid.

However, she thinks that there are certain cases and situations where animal products provide the most expedient remedy. For instance, considering the blood type diet, individuals with higher stomach acid seem to do very well with meat. Her husband, Type B, does a lot of building and remodeling and other tasks requiring a lot of energy. In his opinion, meat sustains him through laborious tasks to a greater extent than our regular, mostly-vegetarian diet. He says he wants to be a vegetarian, he just doesn’t think he can do hard labor without meat.

In my opinion about above situation and if you are having same condition too, I think you’ll find that it is possible to do hard work on a vegan, even a raw vegan diet, as there are plenty of people who manage it, including top athletes. So it could be something along the lines of temporary detoxification symptoms that are making you tired.
