The Absolute Best Exercise For Getting Rid of a Big, Flabby Stomach
Bending over is hard; getting out of bed is hard; heck, even sex is hard. This is no life. Get up with the times and lose some of that extra weight. We don’t have to worry about not catching any game for a few days, nor do we have to worry that the other tribe has foraged all of our local fruit trees. You do not have to eat all day long, and you should be getting off the couch and doing something that challenges you most days. But I doubt you are up for that.
When you are overweight, it can be hard to see past it. Actually imagining yourself as a toned, slim and sexy figure gets harder and harder, but see it. Just visualize it. It will happen, and here’s how.
This is the absolute best fat burning exercise ever:
High Intensity Interval Training
This is where you pick any activity, go at cruising speed for a minute and then go full on for 30 seconds. It doesn’t matter what the exercise is, it could be running, swimming, biking, boxing, hiking, ice skating, skate boarding, roller blading, parkour, handstand walking… I don’t really care!
If you can do this 4-5 times a week, that will be all you need to kick-start your fat loss and start whipping you into shape. It helps to have a stop watch of some sort just to make sure that you are really sticking to what you say you will! It also helps to have somebody else to do it with, but make sure they are committed!
