Of course you have to be a bit sympathetic as apparently she not only wakes her husband up but herself too which means neither of them are able to sleep. What is the reasoning behind many people not being able to find a cure?
Well many experts say that it can be overindulgence is life’s pleasures as well as a number of other reasons. Just a few of them here
Smoking
Smoking seems to cause more problems than it does good giving people cancer, lung problems and now even snoring issues. Best advice is just do not smoke, it is bad for you and you are handing over millions to the government too!
Overeating
Snoring issues can be because of over eating and it could either be through junk food, healthy food or anything at all so is you are always snacking try sticking to the three meals a day to see if it helps.
Lack of Exercise
Exercise is very important and at least twenty minutes should be spent on it a day, this could help your problems as well as shred a couple of pounds too!
How Do You sleep
Ask your partner if you are always squashing them up against the side of the bed or have your leg in his/her face the entire time, if you do it could be because you not sleeping in the correct place which is also the cause of the snoring. If you change this then it could solve your problem.
Other reasons could be an allergy, nasal stuffiness, mouth breathing and even small nostrils, whatever it is you best sort it before you start to snore louder than the commercial laundry equipment.
