Suggestion:
seems ok.
you might want to make sure it is "aerobic" exercise, such as jogging, running, swimming, jump-roping, or aerobics.
make sure you get enough fiber in your diet. fiber can help increase your satisfaction so you won't feel like you're starving all the time.
If you don't get enough fiber in your diet, you can take a daily fiber supplement. But make sure there is no sugar added.

That's easy! Here is a very basic outline of what you should do:
1)Diet
-stay away from junk food, sweets, soda
-stay away from things that have too much saturated fat (Dairy products have a lot)
-stay away from red meat (eat chicken and fish)
-eat fruits and vegetables
2)Exercise
-Do some kind of cardio, like running, swimming, etc.
Check out this website too, put in your information and it'll tell you how many calories to eat each day in order to lose 2 pounds a week.

800 calories is unhealthy! Don't do it! Not eating enough slows down your metabolism so when you go back to eating normally you will most likely gain extra weight. 2 pounds a week is the maximum healthy amount of weight to lose in a week though, so 6 lbs in 3 weeks is possible. Think about it this way:
1 lb is about 3500 calories, so 2 lbs is about 7000. The average relatively active person burns 2000 calories throughout the day normally. 1400 calories a day or so is still a healthy amount to eat for weight loss, so there is 600 calories burned already with no exercise. Burn an extra 400 calories a day by running 45 minutes a day or so, and you have lost 2 pounds in a week!
As long as what you are eating is healthy this is a perfectly healthy weight loss plan. Good luck, and do it right!
