What is the Best Exercise Regimen to Maximize Weight Loss Without Needing to Buy Any Equipment?

I have a Nordictrac stationary bike that I ride at least 15 miles a day at level 3 resistance.
I'm cutting calories to 1200 a day and most of those are from protien and healthy fats. (cutting down on carbs worked for my sister, but I have a lot more weight to lose than she did.)

Suggestion:

Okay easy. You gotta run 1 mile a day, and try doing as many pushups/situps that you can. This should do it. easy and simple. *btw this is in addition to your biking.
