I don't think I am over weight I just feel like if I lost a few pounds before summer it wouldn't hurt.
I am wondering if I fast like just drinking water and eating very little I will lose weight before summer time in a few weeks.
I am not looking for a lecture just advise on how to lose some weight quickly.
Suggestion:
Actually that might trick your body into gaining weight when you start eating again
(not to mention your BMI is in the lowest range which means your at a perfectly healthy weight)
what will happen if you starve yourself when you eat any fats or sugars your body will be thinking
"ahhh! I'm starving to death! I need to save everything I get from now on out or I might not survive!"
What you want to do is just eat right!
High protein and low calories.

Ok take it from a big girl lol and a proud one at that when you dont eat much for awhile and or dont eat at all you loose weight but when you start eating more or eating you gain all that back plus more. Best way is to work out there is no healthy quick way I dont care what anyone tells you diet pills arent safe starving yourself isnt safe nor does it work
It depends on how long you want to fast and if you can do it, because if you start fasting, and if it isnt for a long time, next time you eat you'll eat more than you normally do and gain the weight you lost or more.
A healthy weight loss amount if 2 pounds per week.. Fasting is NOT a good way to lose weight. And you don't even need to loose weight! 110-115 for someone who is 5'5" is perfect! If you want to loose weight just eat in moderation, regular portion sizes. Meaning don't deny yourself things you want all the time but do try to stick to healthy items. However that doesn't mean cutting out a whole food group. I used to be anorexic.. starving yourself is the worst way to loose weight. Plus after a while your body will begin to store as much fat as possible because it's not getting calories all the time. It basically goes into survival mode. Which makes it hard to loose weight unless you starve yourself to the point of seriously damaging your body. Then when you do eat normally you gain weight back very quickly. Loosing weight means using more calories than you're putting in so exercise will help a lot to burn off just a few extra calories.
It is possible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight fast then you will probably put it all back on again just as fast. I lost 7 pounds during the last couple of weeks when I had a special celebration to go to, and I did it by following the guidance presented on the site in the box below.
In summer time you need to eat a rich diet and healthy food.. There is no need to keep fast as it will only bring your health down and make you weak from inside.. it is better to control your diet and eat healthy with regular exercises.. jogging and swimming is always advisable for people who wants to lose weight… you can refer the given website link for more health tips and diet plans..
